Hello dear reader,
I’m a 24-year old medical doctor from Szeged, Hungary (fresh from the oven, as they say).
I was born in a small town called Kiskunhalas, but when I was 14 my parents and I moved to Kecskemét, the county capital. It was a big change in my life, but when I look back to it, I’m grateful it happened. I wouldn’t be the person who I am today, if it didn’t.
As a child, I wanted to become a writer (or if I fail, a journalist, I thought), but at 13 I heard my calling, and decided to become a doctor, because I thought (and I’m still thinking) that it is the most beautiful job anybody can do. So I wrote some articles to the shool newspaper, some poems, but I was heading to another direction.
I was always a visual person, I have a massive collection of art books. I always liked taking pictures, but nothing serious. A couple of years ago me and my friend were looking at holiday photos, and she said about one I took: ‘Wow, this looks like a postcard!’ Maybe that was it, maybe nothing, but I started to take more and more pictures. Mainly during holidays, but I would love to take pictures of people. I will never become a professional photographer, I just want to capture the beauty of the world.
Through the years, I did a lot of things in my free time: ballett, jazz-ballett, ballroom-dancing, salsa, kung fu (yes, you read it right!), singing and acting. Nowadays I like going to the cinema and sometimes I take spin classes. I also read a lot. And when I say a lot, it means A LOT. Last year I decided to make one of my dreams come true, so I started learning French, and I love every second of it!
An other great pastime of mine is travelling. I’ve already been to 13 countries, and this summer I’m going to another 3! I lived for 4 months in Austria ( in 2004, 2015 and 2016), and 1 month in Poland (in 2016). These are my greatest adventures of all, I met the most amazing people.
But that’s enough of me! I hope you find things you like here. Thank you for your visit!
